Details
Stellar’s stripes started with vintage wallpapers from past eras. This one is in Chocolate: hand-built stoneware under a glossy glaze.
The glaze shows every small undulation and imperfection from the making, and that texture catches and reflects the light. Switched on, the lamp gives a soft, atmospheric glow.
On making functional pieces like this, Tantri says: “I think when you are making functional pieces, there has to be a set of rules to consider and follow and then once you address the specifics, you can get creative.”

Materials + Care
Every piece is made entirely by hand in stoneware clay, so expect slight variations in texture, finish, colour and size. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Handle with care. Gentle hand wash advised.
Lamps are wired by a certified electrician to Australian safety standards, tested and tagged, and made for indoor use only.

Shipping + Returns
Shipping. Online orders ship within Australia. Shipping costs $20 to $100, depending on the size of the piece, and is shown at checkout. Standing lamps are too large to post: collect yours from the studio in Carnegie, Melbourne, or ask about delivery. Buying from overseas? Please get in touch for a quote before you order.
Returns. Changed your mind about a ready-to-ship piece? You can return it within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, with return postage at your cost. Made-to-order pieces, pre-orders and commissions are made for you, so they can’t be returned for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos.
