Details
A one-off stoneware vessel in a red-hot nerikomi blend of hand-stained clay, with gold lustre flames that look as though they are engulfing the whole form.
Panas means hot in Indonesian. The flames refer to the central place of fire in Balinese culture, where it symbolises purification, transformation and a connection between the human and spiritual realms.
Shown at Superhot Shop by Danielle Brustman, Melbourne Design Week 2026. One of a kind and water tight.
Materials + Care
Every piece is made entirely by hand in stoneware clay, so expect slight variations in texture, finish, colour and size. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Handle with care. Gentle hand wash advised.
Lamps are wired by a certified electrician to Australian safety standards, tested and tagged, and made for indoor use only.
