Details
The taller of Tantri’s two Kunji lamps, at about 105cm: glazed stoneware with natural sheepskin and brass.
Kunji is a word from her childhood. Her family and close friends used it for an unmistakable feeling of blissful cosiness, and it was only much later that Tantri realised it was not an official word at all, just an affectionate piece of family vocabulary.
The lamps were made for The Sheepskin Suite, Wilson & Dorset’s group show for Melbourne Design Week 2026. They are about comfort, memory and the personal languages that shape what home means.
